Kuwait’s Meteorological Department has issued an official warning for reduced horizontal visibility as humid and partly cloudy conditions affect the country on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The latest forecast also indicates chances of scattered rain and fog, particularly as conditions develop later in the day and during the night.

During the daytime, conditions are forecast to remain hot, partly cloudy and humid, especially in coastal areas. Southeasterly to variable winds will be light to moderate and may strengthen at times, ranging from 8 to 38 kilometres per hour, while scattered light rain remains possible across parts of the country.

The maximum temperature forecast for Kuwait International Airport is around 40 degrees Celsius. Marine conditions are expected to remain slight to moderate during the day, with waves ranging between two and five feet, according to the latest information published by Kuwait’s official meteorological service.

At night, temperatures are expected to ease from rather hot to mild while partly cloudy and humid conditions continue. Winds are forecast at between 8 and 35 kilometres per hour, with chances of scattered rain and fog forming over some areas. These conditions coincide with the official warning concerning reduced horizontal visibility.

Looking ahead to Sunday, October 4, the department forecasts hot, partly cloudy and relatively humid weather, with a slight chance of scattered rain that could become thundery at times. Residents and motorists should continue following official weather updates as visibility, fog and rainfall conditions may change during the coming hours.
