Sharjah Municipality has announced a comprehensive package of service measures for Eid Al Adha, aimed at enhancing convenience for residents and visitors while ensuring smooth operations across key sectors during the holiday period, reflecting its commitment to delivering an organized and seamless public experience.

The initiatives include free public parking from Wednesday, May 27 through Friday, May 29, with exceptions for smart parking zones and areas that remain paid throughout the week and official holidays, which are clearly identified by blue signage across the emirate.

To boost commercial activity during Eid, the municipality confirmed the issuance of permits allowing businesses to operate after midnight between May 27 and May 29, excluding construction companies, and encouraged eligible establishments to apply Across its official website to benefit from the service.

In terms of leisure facilities, a detailed plan has been set to accommodate visitors in public parks, with Sharjah National Park and Al Rolla Park operating continuously from 7:30 AM until midnight, while other parks will follow split timings from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to midnight.

Meanwhile, all municipal medical fitness centers will be closed from May 25 to May 29 for the Eid holiday, with services scheduled to resume under normal working hours starting Saturday, May 30, 2026, ensuring a structured return to full operations after the break.
