Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned and denounced the bombing that targeted a mosque in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in northwestern Pakistan, an attack that resulted in the deaths and injuries of several police officers and civilians.

In an official statement, the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry reaffirmed the State of Kuwait’s full solidarity with the friendly Islamic Republic of Pakistan, stressing Kuwait’s firm rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism following the deadly mosque bombing.

Kuwait also expressed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the government and people of Pakistan, as well as to the families of the victims who lost their lives in the bombing that struck the mosque in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry further expressed its wishes for a speedy recovery for those injured in the attack, reaffirming Kuwait’s solidarity with Pakistan following the incident that claimed civilian and police casualties.

The Kuwaiti position reflects the country’s continued rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism, while reaffirming its solidarity with friendly Pakistan, its government and people, and the families of the victims, along with its wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.
