Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Police, represented by the General Department of Traffic, have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening institutional integration and advancing traffic services to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
The agreement was signed by Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations Affairs at Dubai Police, and Ahmed Hassan Mahboob, CEO of the Licensing Agency at RTA, in the presence of senior officials from both entities at the Dubai Police Officers Club.
The partnership focuses on enhancing technical and operational cooperation, expanding system integration, and enabling faster and more accurate data exchange. It is expected to streamline traffic-related procedures, improve service quality, and support the delivery of more efficient services across Dubai's traffic sector.
