The Education, Human Development and Community Council has officially announced the full readiness of educational institutions to begin a gradual return to in-person learning, signaling a carefully structured transition designed to restore normal academic operations while maintaining high standards of safety and organization across the sector.

The council confirmed that nurseries will begin reopening gradually starting this week, initially focusing on those located within government premises and commercial buildings, while other nurseries will be allowed to offer home-based childcare services under strict approved regulations to ensure child safety and service continuity.

It also clarified that any updates regarding the resumption of in-person education or continuation of remote learning will be officially announced through verified channels of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, ensuring accurate and consistent communication for families and the academic community.

Authorities are currently implementing comprehensive programs to prepare educational facilities and enhance infrastructure readiness, alongside intensive training for staff across nurseries, schools, and higher education institutions, enabling a smooth and well-managed transition back to classroom learning based on careful evaluations.
