Abu Dhabi’s Department of Government Enablement has announced the establishment of Abu Dhabi Digital Services Company, known as TAMM Global, marking a new phase in the development and international expansion of the emirate’s digital government services ecosystem.

The announcement was made on Friday, October 16, 2026, under the directives of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

The newly established company is intended to support Abu Dhabi’s ambition to become a global leader in artificial intelligence-powered government services while expanding the reach of digital solutions developed in the emirate.

According to the official announcement, TAMM Global will develop, manage, and deliver an integrated digital services ecosystem, including government services, through the ownership and operation of specialized platforms and supporting infrastructure.

The company will also be responsible for managing and developing the existing TAMM platform, as well as overseeing intellectual property rights associated with its technologies and related activities.

Its responsibilities will extend to conducting research, developing strategic partnerships, investing in digital service opportunities, and implementing training and qualification programs for Emirati professionals working in the sector.

The TAMM platform currently provides access to more than 1,200 public and private sector services through a unified digital gateway serving citizens, expatriate residents, visitors, and investors in Abu Dhabi.

The platform enables users to complete a wide range of government-related transactions without having to visit multiple government offices or navigate separate institutional websites.

Official figures indicate that TAMM saves each user approximately nine visits to government service centers annually, representing an estimated twelve hours of time saved per person or business every year.

The Department of Government Enablement also reported that customer satisfaction with the platform has reached 94.5 percent, compared with 78 percent in 2022, before artificial intelligence capabilities were integrated into the application.

In addition, the cost of providing services through the platform has reportedly decreased by 30 percent, reflecting improvements in operational efficiency and digital service delivery.

Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement, explained that TAMM was originally created to improve quality of life in Abu Dhabi and has become an important part of how individuals and businesses interact with government.

He stated that establishing TAMM Global will allow other governments to benefit from digital capabilities that have already been developed, tested, and successfully implemented in Abu Dhabi.

Through the new company, international government partners will be able to access TAMM’s technology, operating models, implementation methods, and technical expertise, with solutions adapted to local legal and regulatory requirements.

TAMM Global will operate as an independent private-sector company, allowing it to establish partnerships with governments, organizations, and institutions worldwide.

For UAE residents, the announcement represents a strategic development in the future of digital government services rather than an immediate change to existing transaction fees or eligibility requirements.

The initiative supports Abu Dhabi’s broader digital transformation strategy and its efforts to expand the international reach of advanced technologies developed within the emirate.
