Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) has announced an electronic service through Absher Business that allows employers to issue a report showing the length of stay in the Kingdom for workers registered under their establishments.

The service provides businesses with an easier way to access resident-stay information, helping employers manage workforce-related procedures more efficiently without the need for traditional in-person processing.

How to Issue the Resident Stay Report?

Employers can access the service by logging into their establishment account on Absher Business and selecting “My Business Services” from the available options.

They can then choose “Resident Stay Duration Report” and complete the required steps to issue the report for workers registered under the establishment.

Once issued, the report can be printed electronically and used when required for administrative procedures related to the establishment’s workforce.

The service is part of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to expand digital government services and make procedures for employers faster, easier and more efficient.
