Under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Interior and the Federal Traffic Council, Dubai Police, represented by the General Department of Traffic, has launched the "Accident-Free Summer 2026" campaign in cooperation with ENOC AutoPro to enhance road safety and raise traffic awareness across the UAE.
As part of the campaign, ENOC AutoPro is offering free vehicle inspections at its service centers. The inspection covers 10 key safety checkpoints, including tires and engine oil, to ensure vehicles are roadworthy during the summer season.
Speaking at the launch, Colonel Talal Al Mansoori, Director of the Traffic Awareness Department at Dubai Police, said the campaign reflects the UAE's commitment to protecting lives and property by promoting safe driving practices and strengthening traffic awareness among all road users.
He noted that authorities continue to analyze traffic data, implement awareness campaigns, and enhance road safety measures to reduce traffic fatalities and support the country's national road safety targets.
Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Humaid Bin Hindi, a member of the Federal Traffic Council, said the campaign aligns with the "We the UAE 2031" vision, which aims to improve quality of life and position the UAE among the world's safest countries through advanced traffic systems, modern technologies, and stronger public awareness.
Meanwhile, Zaid Abdulrahman Al Qafidi, Executive Director of Retail at ENOC AutoPro, said the company is proud to support the initiative. In addition to the free inspections, the company will organize a social media giveaway, offering four sets of free tires to vehicles that complete the inspection during the campaign.
The event concluded with Dubai Police honoring the Road Safety Awareness Team, ENOC AutoPro, and SAAED for Traffic Systems in recognition of their contributions to the success of the "Accident-Free Summer 2026" campaign.
