Ajman’s Department of Human Resources will hold the Forsa employment fair tomorrow, Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Emirates Hospitality Hall in Ajman. Twenty private-sector companies will participate, offering more than 300 job vacancies.
The fair targets UAE nationals seeking employment who hold secondary school certificates, diplomas or bachelor’s degrees. It aims to help national talent access job opportunities across different economic sectors.
Participants will be able to explore available vacancies, speak directly with representatives of participating companies and attend job interviews, helping match applicants’ qualifications with employers’ recruitment needs.
Faris Abdulaziz Al Mandous, Director of Talent Empowerment at the department, said the event supports Emiratisation and strengthens cooperation with private-sector businesses to connect jobseekers with actual employment opportunities.
The initiative forms part of efforts to empower national talent, expand workforce participation and strengthen cooperation between government and business, supporting Ajman Vision 2030 and national human development objectives.
