ASUS Republic of Gamers has launched its limited-edition ROG Xbox Ally X20 Bundle in the UAE, pricing the anniversary package at Dh10,999. The set, released to mark two decades of ROG, includes a portable gaming handheld, ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 Gaming AR Glasses, protective accessories and a 68W power adapter.

The ROG Xbox Ally X20 has a translucent black exterior, gold-coloured internal accents and a 20th anniversary badge. ASUS said the styling is intended to reveal elements inside the device while distinguishing the edition for ROG fans and collectors.

The handheld features a 7.4-inch ROG Nebula HDR OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak HDR brightness of up to 1,400 nits. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor and comes with 24GB of memory and 1TB of storage.

Its controls include TMR joysticks designed to resist drift, a transforming D-pad and updated face buttons. ASUS said these features are intended to offer flexibility and control across different gaming styles.

The bundle's ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 Gaming AR Glasses connect to the handheld through one USB-C cable. They can provide a virtual display of up to 171 inches when viewed from four metres away, according to ASUS. The glasses use Micro-OLED displays and Bose sound, and support a 240Hz refresh rate when Frame Rate Boost is enabled.

Follow Mode allows the virtual display to move with the user's head, while Anchor Mode keeps it fixed in position. The glasses also share the bundle's black-and-gold design, and their settings can be accessed through Command Center integration on the handheld.

Other items in the package include a custom dbrand Killswitch with a kickstand, ROG-branded joystick grips and an exclusive circuit-pattern skin inspired by the handheld's internal design. A custom Pelican Protector Case with ROG-red latches and a 20th anniversary badge is designed to carry the device and its accessories during travel.

The ROG Xbox Ally X20 Bundle is available through the ASUS UAE eShop and participating retailers, including Geekay, Virgin Megastore, Sharaf DG, Amazon UAE, Emax, Jumbo and Carrefour. Availability and stock may differ between retailers.

ASUS also said UAE players can join the ROG Elite Program, which offers activities, points and rewards for members of the ROG community.
