The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the Kingdom will not tolerate any attacks targeting its territories and national resources, strongly condemning the Houthi terrorist militia's targeting of civilian and economic objects in Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran.

According to the official ministry statement, these criminal assaults resulted in the injury of 73 civilians, including women and children, alongside the militia's persistent threats to international maritime freedom and commercial shipping in the Red Sea.

The Kingdom reiterated its categorical rejection of this hostile approach and criminal behavior, which continuously undermines regional peace efforts and threatens the security and stability of Yemen and its Arab and Islamic surroundings.

Riyadh emphasized its legitimate right to take all necessary measures to defend its sovereignty, protect national assets, and safeguard the security and safety of citizens and residents in accordance with international law.

The Kingdom warned against the consequences of the Houthi militia continuing its dangerous escalation against innocent civilians and vital infrastructure, urging the international community to assume its responsibilities and enforce relevant UN Security Council resolutions, prominently Resolution 2216 and Resolution 2722.
