The Kingdom of Bahrain reaffirmed that the Islamic Republic of Iran continues its systematic hostile approach through attacks targeting civilians in the country, reflecting escalating regional tensions and their direct impact on Gulf security.

The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced that its air defense systems successfully intercepted Iranian aerial attacks on Wednesday, confirming that hostile targets were neutralized before reaching their intended locations within Bahraini territory.

The command emphasized that its forces possess strong determination and high combat readiness, noting that all units and military assets are at the highest level of preparedness to carry out defensive missions and protect the nation’s sovereignty.

Authorities urged citizens and residents to exercise extreme caution and avoid approaching any suspicious or unfamiliar objects that may have resulted from the attack debris, stressing the importance of reporting them immediately to ensure public safety.

It also confirmed that Royal Field Engineering units are fully prepared to safely handle such objects, adding that targeting civilians and private property with missiles and drones constitutes a clear violation of international humanitarian law.
