Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation has officially announced the start of inbound flights carrying returning pilgrims following the Hajj season, marking a critical phase in post-Hajj logistics as the country activates a comprehensive operational plan to ensure smooth arrivals through Kuwait International Airport.

According to the official statement, the first incoming flight is scheduled to land at Terminal 4 at exactly 2:15 PM on Saturday, initiating a continuous flow of arrivals that will extend through Sunday evening, with the final flight expected to arrive at 9:00 PM, reflecting a tightly coordinated and time-sensitive return schedule.

The authority emphasized that the return operations are being executed through close coordination with Kuwaiti Hajj missions, Saudi authorities, and multiple government entities, ensuring seamless integration across all operational layers and minimizing any potential delays or disruptions during the repatriation process.

Flights are being operated by a combination of carriers including Kuwait Airways, Saudia, and Flynas, forming a multi-operator framework designed to optimize capacity, distribute traffic efficiently, and maintain high service standards while handling the influx of returning pilgrims within a limited timeframe.

The aviation authority confirmed that all logistical and procedural preparations at the airport have been fully completed, including streamlined arrival processes, enhanced staffing, and on-ground coordination teams to facilitate rapid passenger movement, concluding with well wishes for the safe return of all pilgrims and prayers for the acceptance of their Hajj and good deeds.
