Abu Dhabi Police in the United Arab Emirates is providing traffic points services through a dedicated field platform at the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2026, held from August 28 through September 6.

The initiative aims to bring traffic services closer to visitors while supporting quality of life and advancing the Abu Dhabi Police strategic priority of Smart Road Security.

The platform gives motorists access to services designed to help them regularise their traffic status and strengthen compliance with road and traffic regulations, contributing to safer roads across the UAE.

Drivers who have reached the cumulative limit of 24 traffic points can apply to recover their driving licences through the platform. The process requires registration, payment of a AED 2,400 fee, and completion of a qualifying course for traffic law offenders.

Motorists with between 8 and 23 traffic points can also benefit from a service that allows them to reduce their record by eight points, subject to registration, payment of the AED 800 fee, and completion of the required rehabilitation course.

Following completion of the required procedures, the eligible points are deducted from the driver’s traffic record, supporting Abu Dhabi Police efforts to encourage safer driving and stronger compliance with traffic regulations across the United Arab Emirates.
