Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense announced through its official spokesperson, Colonel Saud Al-Atwan, that the armed forces successfully thwarted a maritime infiltration attempt within the country’s territorial waters, capturing four individuals who tried to enter illegally by sea.

The ministry confirmed that the operation is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen maritime border security and protect national sovereignty, as suspicious movements were detected and immediately handled through precise military procedures, ensuring full control of the situation without any security consequences.

According to the official statement, the four intruders were arrested and referred to the competent authorities to complete all legal actions against them, in line with strict laws that criminalize illegal entry into Kuwait, especially through sensitive maritime routes.
