Dubai Chambers has launched specialized training pathways designed to equip around 14,000 companies affiliated with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce business groups and councils with practical skills in adopting AI assistants across administrative and operational activities.

The initiative forms part of Dubai’s wider efforts to strengthen private-sector readiness and competitiveness, helping companies integrate emerging AI tools into everyday business processes and improve the efficiency of their operations.

The new programs are designed to give businesses practical opportunities to understand how AI can support management, streamline routine tasks and enhance workplace productivity, while preparing companies for the accelerating pace of digital transformation.

As part of the initiative, Dubai Chambers Academy has also been launched as an integrated digital learning platform offering specialized AI-assistant training pathways for the private sector, alongside a broader selection of programs covering a wide range of professional fields.

Through its digital training environment, the academy aims to expand access to specialized knowledge and help members of Dubai’s business community strengthen their capabilities in areas increasingly shaped by technology and innovation.
