The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has opened the booking and sale of residential units in the West Bani Yas Housing Project, giving citizens greater flexibility to choose homes that match their family needs and financial capacity.

The development will provide 1,500 housing units, along with integrated community facilities and services. Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.

Bookings will take place in phases based on the type of housing benefit, family size and financial capacity, allowing each beneficiary to review the units available to them and select the most suitable home.

The initiative also supports family proximity, with eligible first- and second-degree relatives able to choose neighboring homes, subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

Eligible beneficiaries will receive an SMS containing an electronic booking link. All units are also designed to allow future expansion, giving families greater flexibility as their housing needs change.
