The Cabinet of the State of Kuwait has instructed government entities to complete the updating of academic qualification records for their employees, including both citizens and residents.
The directive aims to improve the accuracy of official employment data and strengthen coordination between government institutions, while supporting the committee responsible for reviewing academic certificates.
Government entities have been notified of their respective completion rates and urged to finalize the remaining updates for employees who have not yet completed the required procedures.
Officials were also instructed to ensure that employees who have outstanding updates complete the process based on the notification sent to them through the «Sahel» application.
The measure will help the relevant committee verify academic qualifications more efficiently and improve the reliability of educational and employment records held by government institutions.
The Cabinet’s directive forms part of Kuwait’s ongoing efforts to strengthen transparency, improve administrative procedures, and ensure greater accuracy across official government databases.
