A stunning villa in Dubai's prestigious Emirates Hills sells for AED260 million ($71 million), setting a new record for single-plot properties in the area.
In a remarkable milestone for Dubai's opulent property sector, a villa in the prestigious Emirates Hills community has been sold for an unprecedented AED260 million ($71 million). This sale marks the highest price ever recorded for a single-plot villa in this exclusive neighborhood, as confirmed by Eden Realty.
The expansive estate, boasting approximately 50,000 square feet and featuring seven bedrooms, was never publicly listed. Instead, it was showcased solely to pre-qualified buyers, underscoring the highly confidential nature of such premier real estate transactions.
Fabricio Saltini, Managing Partner at Eden Realty, represented the seller in this landmark deal. Meanwhile, Michael Charalambous from Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty acted on behalf of the buyer.
Record Villa Sale Highlights Luxury Market
Saltini expressed his sentiments about managing this exceptional property: "Representing this property was a privilege, not only because of its exceptional scale and location but also due to the trust placed in us to ensure discretion throughout the process."
He added that this achievement underscores their network's importance and market knowledge along with unwavering confidentiality commitments that secure results at such high levels.
Nestled along Emirates Hills' distinguished "Golden Mile," the mansion boasts panoramic views over serene lakes and the Address Montgomerie golf course. This transaction further solidifies Eden Realty's prominence in handling luxury estates within Emirates Hills-now involved in three of its top four most lucrative deals:
- AED260m ($71m)
- AED210m ($57m)
- AED209m ($57m)
Barney Crompton, Partner and Co-Founder of Eden Realty, remarked on their involvement: "The fact that Eden Realty participated in three out of four high-value transactions speaks volumes about Dubai's ultra-luxury market's strength and resilience."
"Global demand for unique assets remains unmatched," he noted. "Emirates Hills continues standing as a crown jewel attracting high-net-worth investors."
Often likened to Beverly Hills within Dubai’s landscape, Emirates Hills is revered as one of UAE's most exclusive residential locales-drawing royalty alongside celebrities and leading business figures globally. The AED260 million sale reaffirms both its allure and enduring appeal within international luxury real estate circles.
