Abu Dhabi implements mandatory Hasantak app use for home safety.

The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority held a press conference to announce the launch of the "Hasantak for Homes" campaign under the slogan: "Make the response faster than the risk." This initiative, organized in collaboration with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority, and "E & Emirates Telecommunications," aims to significantly enhance home readiness and expedite emergency response, directly impacting the protection of lives and minimizing losses.
Lt. Col. Engineer Hassan Ali Al Katheeri, Project Director of Hasantak and Head of the Office of the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, emphasized that the campaign embodies the strategic direction of the Abu Dhabi government towards moving from response to prevention. It is achieved by building an integrated smart system that contributes to reducing response times and improving the efficiency of rapid interventions.
Qasim Al Hashmi, Executive Director of the Beneficiary Affairs Sector at the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority, noted that the partnership with the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority exemplifies an effective model of governmental integration aimed at enhancing community safety and well-being. In a similar vein, Engineer Hussein Al Harthi, Acting Director of the Building Regulation Department at the Department of Municipalities and Transport, mentioned that the Hasantak system represents a qualitative leap in strengthening safety and prevention standards within the building licensing system in the emirate.
