  • Passport and Residence Visa: The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen zone. The passport should have been issued within the last ten years and include at least two consecutive blank pages, Residence permits for UAE residents must also remain valid for at least three months after leaving Germany. Copies of the passport’s data page, residence permit, and any previous Schengen visas are also required. If a new passport is issued, copies of the old passport should be included.

Employees: An original letter from the employer detailing employment status, position, length of contract, and salary, along with a copy of the company’s trade license.
Self-Employed: A valid original trade license.
For Minors: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) signed by both parents or legal guardians.

For Family Members and EU Spouses: Applicants sponsored by family members or spouses must submit attested marriage certificates, passport copies, and a signed undertaking letter.
