Call the RTA helpdesk at 800 9090 to report a missing item; include information about the license plate number of the taxi and the timings of pick-up and drop-off. Reports can also be turned in by visiting one of their service locations, the RTA app, or the RTA website, The RTA starts working to monitor the taxi and find the missing item as a report is turned in.

Return Coordination

Should the item be located, the RTA gives the customer the driver's information so they may make plans for its return, Drivers now have to be paid for their time and effort in returning items starting in early 2023, The taxi meter runs from the driver's current position when he agrees to bring the item to the consumer.
