Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that all public parking will be free of charge for the UAE National Day holiday on Monday and Tuesday, December 1 and 2, 2025, with the exception of multi-story parking facilities and the N-365 Al Khail Gate parking lot. The RTA clarified that regular parking fees will resume on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

The RTA also outlined the operating hours for its various services during the 54th UAE National Day holiday, including customer happiness centers, public buses, the Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transport, and vehicle inspection centers.

Customer Happiness Centers

The RTA stated that all customer happiness centers will be closed for the National Day holiday on Monday and Tuesday (December 1 and 2). However, the smart customer happiness centers in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Twar, and the RTA’s main building will continue to operate as usual, 24/7. All vehicle inspection centers will be closed during the aforementioned holiday and will reopen on Wednesday morning, December 3, 2025.

Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines)

* Saturday, November 29: From 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

* Sunday, November 30: From 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

* Monday and Tuesday (December 1 and 2): From 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

Dubai Tram

* Saturday, November 29: From 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

* Sunday, November 30: From 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

* Monday and Tuesday (December 1 and 2): From 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
