Donald Trump announces a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran, marking the end of the so-called "12-Day War."

Former US President Donald Trump announced in the early hours of Tuesday morning that a ceasefire agreement had been reached between Israel and Iran. Trump announced via his Truth Social account: "Congratulations to all! A comprehensive and final agreement has been reached between Israel and Iran for a full ceasefire, approximately six hours from now.

Upon completion of their ongoing tasks, the war will be officially over." According to the agreement, Iran will begin the ceasefire, followed by Israel 12 hours later. The "12-Day War" will be officially declared over at 24:00, amid global celebration.

During each phase of the ceasefire, both sides will commit to peace and mutual respect. Trump emphasized that, assuming everything would go according to plan, he would like to congratulate both Israel and Iran on their courage and intelligence in ending the "Twelve-Day War." He noted that this war could have lasted for years, devastating the entire Middle East, but now it never will.
