The UAE Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship and Customs and Ports Security announced the launch of the "Support Package" for citizens benefiting from the social support program, specifically senior citizens and people of determination. This initiative comes in cooperation with the Ministry of Community Empowerment, as part of the second phase of the "Simplifying Procedures Program."

According to the Authority, the new package offers a seamless service experience by automatically renewing passports and Emirates ID cards without requiring the beneficiary to submit any application. The renewed documents will be delivered directly to the citizen’s residence, eliminating all previous procedures and reducing the process from three steps to zero. The Authority emphasized that the initiative represents a tribute and appreciation to these valued groups, under the theme: “Tadbeer Package… A Message of Gratitude to the People of Giving.”
