The launch event was attended by Dr. Abdulaziz Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at University Hospital Sharjah, alongside a delegation from Siemens and MPC companies. Attendees were given an overview of the device's advanced capabilities and its potential to significantly improve precision in medical interventions as well as advanced radiological imaging.
Manufactured by German company Siemens, this newly launched device is considered the most advanced of its kind in the UAE, representing one of the most sophisticated systems in interventional radiology. It has been engineered to support a broad range of highly specialized disciplines and complex medical procedures.
The system boasts high-resolution dual-plane imaging technology, enabling even the most complex procedures to be carried out with remarkable efficiency. It also delivers exceptional image quality while utilizing low radiation doses-an important advancement for fields such as neurology, vascular medicine, and cardiology.
Moreover, it offers enhanced clinical outcomes by improving diagnostic accuracy and expediting therapeutic interventions.
