he revamped Aqari platform now provides a broad variety of services for all forms of rental contracts, including various payment methods and individual user dashboards.
Customers may access property and contract data instantaneously by logging in with their digital identities.
Property entrance and leave operations are now totally digital thanks to direct connection with the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA) and other relevant agencies, resulting in a smooth 24/7 experience.
The new technology marks a substantial advancement in automation and service delivery. Lease agreements may now be performed digitally in a few easy steps, from registration to immediate issue.
Approximately 95% of the process is now fully automated, resulting in much shorter processing times and less need for human interaction.
This transition offers users speedier, more transparent, and cost-effective services than the old system.
Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director General of Sharjah Digital Services and Chairman of the Integrated Real Estate Services Platform Project Committee, said the platform's launch reflects Sharjah's commitment to improving government efficiency through innovative digital solutions.
He also stated that this move marks a new chapter in the emirate's digital transformation, transitioning from basic automation to full digital integration with verifiable economic and service consequences while keeping a human-centered approach.
Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji, Director General of Sharjah Municipality, stated that digital transformation is a critical pillar for enhancing service delivery in the face of rising urbanization.
He stated that the "Aqari" platform controls rental services, develops landlord-tenant interactions, and improves service quality via a uniform digital system created in collaboration with Sharjah Digital Services.
The "Aqari" app symbolizes Sharjah's desire to be a digital integration pioneer and a global model for unified real estate services.
In addition to saving time, effort, and money, the app promotes environmental sustainability, increases transparency, and enables secure, 24-hour access to services, meeting the changing demands of clients and the real estate industry.
