The newly launched service aims to streamline the residency renewal process and provide a smoother and more comfortable experience for residents particularly those who prefer completing their official procedures from home or those who face mobility challenges or tight schedules as customers can now easily book an appointment and have a professional medical team visit their residence to conduct the required medical examination in accordance with the highest approved medical standards reflecting the UAE’s commitment to delivering advanced healthcare services that meet the evolving needs of the community and enhance quality of life for residents.

According to the official service mechanism Emirates Health Services explained through its digital platforms that residents can book a prior appointment by calling the dedicated number 800887 where a service representative coordinates a suitable appointment based on the resident’s daily schedule and after confirming the appointment a specialized medical team from the Wiqayati centers will visit the customer’s home to conduct the required medical test with full accuracy and safety while strictly adhering to all approved healthcare procedures and standards to ensure the reliability and quality of the service.

The service includes conducting the mandatory medical examination required for residency renewal in line with the approved health procedures in the UAE while ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety during the testing process inside the resident’s home which guarantees accurate results and protects the safety of customers at the same time once the examination is completed the resident receives the medical test result through a text message or email enabling them to continue and complete their residency renewal procedures easily through the official government channels without the need to revisit medical centers or wait for the results.
