The United Arab Emirates has successfully extradited two individuals, prominently featured on European most-wanted lists, following their arrests in Dubai.

One suspect is a prime target for French authorities, accused of orchestrating drug trafficking operations as part of a complex criminal network spanning numerous European countries. He was identified as the primary aide to the syndicate's leader.

Meanwhile, the other individual faces charges from Belgian law enforcement for his alleged role in drug trafficking activities and association with a notorious criminal gang within Belgium.

UAE's Firm Stand Against Organized Crime

The Ministry of Interior emphasized that these extraditions underscore the UAE’s unwavering commitment to combatting transnational organized crime.

This action also reflects its dedication to fostering robust international collaboration with allied nations, thereby reinforcing justice and bolstering security both regionally and globally.
