The National Center of Meteorology in the United Arab Emirates issued an urgent warning to residents of the UAE about the possibility of scattered rain and partly cloudy to cloudy weather today along the coast and in some northern areas of the country.

In its official statement, the center indicated that significant humidity is also expected during the late night hours until Sunday morning, adding that winds are expected to be light to moderate, shifting from southeasterly to northwesterly.

The center also added that these winds may intensify at times, in addition to cloud cover, and explained that wind speeds could reach 40 kilometers per hour.

As for the sea state in the Arabian Gulf, it will be calm to moderate, becoming rough at times, especially with increasing cloud cover.

Tides are also expected, starting at 8:24 AM, and again at 7:21 PM.

Low tide is expected at 2:10 PM and 1:36 AM. In the Sea of ​​Oman, calm to moderate sea conditions are also expected, with high tides occurring at 5:56 PM and 4:58 AM.

It is worth noting that the UAE National Center of Meteorology indicated that the weather will remain partly cloudy to cloudy on Sunday, December 14th, with a chance of rain across wider areas.

Winds will be light to moderate, with a slight and noticeable drop in temperatures expected. Winds will shift from northwesterly to southeasterly, becoming active to strong at times and carrying dust.

Wind speeds in the UAE will range between 10 and 25 kilometers per hour, reaching up to approximately 45 kilometers per hour.

The UAE National Center of Meteorology forecasts partly to mostly cloudy skies until Monday, December 15, 2025, across many areas. Winds will be light to moderate, ranging from southeasterly to northeasterly, occasionally becoming brisk with gusts reaching up to 40 km/h.

It is also expected that cloudy to mostly cloudy conditions will persist on Tuesday, December 16, with a chance of scattered rain, particularly along the coastal and northern regions.

Wind direction is expected to shift between southeasterly, southwesterly, and northwesterly in various parts of the UAE, with occasional strong winds carrying dust and sand.

Wind speeds across the UAE on Tuesday will range from 10 to 25 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 40 km/h.
