Light to moderate rainfall forecast in the Makkah area could cause flash floods, hail, and winds capable of dust generation, Affected areas are Jeddah, Makkah city, Bahra, Al-Jamoum, Khulais, Al-Kamil, Rabigh, Alkaith, Qunfudhah, Taif, Maysan, Adham, Al-Ardiyat, Al-Muwayh, Al-Khormah, Raniyah, and Turbah. The Civil Defense has underlined the likelihood of flash floods in these areas, which are particularly vulnerable to extreme weather; so, people should avoid going in these places during the storms and take necessary care.

The Riyadh area may also suffer some effects; light rain and winds will cause dust to be stirred. Similar weather will affect Riyadh's capital as well as the neighboring areas including Al-Dawadmi, Al-Quwayyah, Shaqra, Al-Ghat, Al-Zulfi, Al-Majmaah, Rumah, Al-Rayn, Thadiq, Horaimla, Diriyah, Dharma, Al-Muzahmiyya, and Al-Dhalam.
