Expansion of the Riyadh Metro System
This metro system boasts six primary lines that span a total of 176 kilometres and comprise 85 stations.
In addition, eight major hubs seamlessly connect the entire network, aimed at improving mobility throughout the Saudi capital.
The metro services are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, with officials expressing optimism that the complete functionality of all six lines and stations will greatly enhance accessibility for both residents and tourists.
Passengers can conveniently access the metro system through various channels. The Darb mobile application provides users with the ability to plan their journeys and purchase tickets.
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased at station ticket offices or through self-service machines. The metro system supports a variety of digital payment options, including bank cards, credit cards, smartphones, and other smart devices.
