Specifically, the fourth session of the Federal National Council will go over two draft federal laws concerning the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa and the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat. Along with Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, the Minister of State for Government Development and the Future, senior leaders from the Endowments Authority and the Fatwa Council will attend the meeting.
Bin Thaniah asked the Minister of State during the session on the issue of "working mothers caring for specific groups," including children of determination and elderly parents needing care.
The study underlines the difficulties working women experience and the need of a mother's presence in the early years of a child's life. It emphasizes on the effects on the child's formation, mental and physical health, and the consolidation of several ideas including ethics, education, language, culture, and social interactions.
