Sheikh Mohammed Launches Dh7M Award for federal employees Reducing Bureaucracy

The UAE Cabinet has presented radical policies meant to improve government effectiveness, encourage young entrepreneurship, and protect the country's cultural legacy.

One of the main projects is a Dh7 million award meant to honor federal workers who invent to cut bureaucracy, simplify procedures, and enhance regulatory systems. This initiative captures UAE's will to honor public service's creative and dedicated output.

The UAE Cabinet has launched a Dh7 million award program to simplify government operations, therefore promoting an innovative approach. The prize will honor people, groups, and organizations inside the federal government that offer workable ideas to cut bureaucracy, improve efficiency, and lighten regulations on businesses and people.

Vice-president and Prime Minister of the UAE and Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum posted on social media platform X the goal of this project. It seeks to respect people who streamline public transaction time and effort, save money, and clarify government policies. Sheikh Mohammed underlined the need of appreciating and honoring the commitment of government workers who help the country to become more competitive.
 

The Cabinet also approved the establishment of the Emirates Entrepreneurship Council, headed by Alia Al Mazrouei, to encourage young Emirati entrepreneurs. A fund of Dh300 million has been set aside to assist young initiatives, so motivating them to seize the UAE's explosive economic prospects. Sheikh Mohammed underlined the council's responsibility in guiding the younger generation to spearhead the UAE's economic revolution into other frontiers.

Apart from encouraging creativity and business, the Cabinet has started a national policy to protect UAE modern architectural legacy. Maintaining culturally and historically significant urban buildings and infrastructure is the main emphasis of this project. Plans to increase the list to 1,000 properties in the next years call for initially 130 sites and buildings to be added. This stage seeks to protect the architectural character and cultural legacy of the country.

During the conference the Education, Human Development, and Community Council's governing structure was also authorized. Under Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed and Deputy Chair Sheikha Mariam bint Mohammed bin Zayed, the council will supervise social sectors, private education, and higher education among other vital areas. Seven members from ministries, executive committees, and specialist sectoral boards will make up it.

With hope for the future of the country in 2025, Sheikh Mohammed ended the last Cabinet meeting of the year. He praised the leadership, commitment, and cooperation that have helped the UAE flourish as well as his hope in reaching even more challenging benchmarks in the next years.

This all-encompassing strategy emphasizes UAE's will to inspire creativity, empower its young people, protect cultural legacy, improve government to reach sustainable development and world competitiveness.
