Saudi Arabia launched its pavilion at the 2025 Beijing International Book Fair, showcasing its cultural richness and fostering Saudi-Chinese literary exchanges.

Saudi Arabia has officially inaugurated its pavilion at the 2025 Beijing International Book Fair, launched at the China National Convention and Exhibition Center on Wednesday. Orchestrated by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, the pavilion features participation from various cultural and national entities.

The five-day event is a highlight of the 2025 Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year, underscoring the robust bilateral relations based on decades of friendship and collaboration. It reflects the aspirations of both nations to enhance cultural and intellectual exchanges between their peoples.

The Saudi pavilion showcases an impressive array of cultural bodies, including the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, and prominent libraries such as the King Abdulaziz Public Library and King Fahd National Library. Also featured are the Prince Muhammad bin Salman Award for Cultural Cooperation, the Translation and Publishing Associations, along with the Nashir company. This collaboration aims to highlight the richness of Saudi culture and its increasing global presence.

During the fair, the pavilion offers a varied literary and cultural program that mirrors the dynamic Saudi cultural scene, enriching the Kingdom’s representation in global publishing. It provides visitors with insights into Saudi experiences in content development and talent empowerment.
