Saudi Arabia expresses concern over US strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, urging restraint and diplomatic efforts to maintain Middle Eastern stability.

Saudi Arabia has voiced deep concern over the recent escalating tensions in Iran, particularly following the United States' targeting of Iranian nuclear facilities.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the Kingdom reiterated its stance against actions violating Iran's sovereignty, echoing its previous condemnation from June 13, 2025. At that time, Riyadh denounced the attacks as breaches of international norms and urged for urgent de-escalation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs highlighted the critical need to maintain regional stability, urging all parties involved to exercise restraint and prevent further escalation.

Saudi Arabia also called on the international community to step up diplomatic efforts during this sensitive period to achieve a political resolution to the crisis.

The Kingdom stressed that a peaceful resolution is key to ensuring long-term security and stability in the Middle East.

The statement was made amid rising fears of broader conflict in the region following U.S. military actions targeting Iranian nuclear sites.
