Dubai Real Estate Sales Hit 12 Billion AED in Just Four Days

Dubai's real estate market saw substantial activity, recording sales of 12 billion AED over four days, highlighted by major transactions in areas such as Dubai Investment Park 2 and Palm Jumeirah. Additionally, significant mortgage dealings and gift transactions contributed to a robust total of 16.4 billion AED in property dealings.

In a span of just four days, Dubai's real estate market recorded transactions worth approximately 16.4 billion AED, as reported by "Dubai Rest", the official app of the Dubai Land Department. These transactions were documented in a total of 5,199 real estate dealings.

Out of the total figures, sales accounted for 12 billion AED across 3,839 deals. The highest transaction volume was observed in Dubai Investment Park 2, with sales reaching 726 million AED through 159 transactions. This was followed by Al Yufrah 1, where 90 transactions resulted in sales of 159 million AED. Muaither 2 saw sales of 576 million AED from 32 transactions, while the iconic Palm Jumeirah recorded 41 deals totaling 550 million AED. Dubai Maritime City rounded out the top five with sales of 434 million AED from 103 transactions.

Mortgage transactions contributed significantly as well, standing at 3.1 billion AED across 1,153 transactions. Business Bay led the way in this category with mortgages worth 293 million AED from 127 actions. Al Karama followed closely, registering 166 million AED from just two actions, while Meydan One placed third with 131 million AED from 108 actions. Emirates Hills saw 126 million AED worth of mortgages from 19 actions, with International City 1 bringing in 104 million AED through four actions.

Gifts across the real estate sector totalled 1.3 billion AED from 207 actions. Dubai Marina stood out with 251 million AED from five transactions. Dubai Maritime City followed with a single transaction valued at 154 million AED, and the Burj Khalifa area reported 146 million AED from 45 transactions. Dubai Islands ranked fourth at 137 million AED from three actions, and Ghadeer Al Teir completed the list with a single transaction of 67 million AED.

On a single day, Thursday, real estate activities totaled to approximately 3.54 billion AED obtained from 1,154 transactions, including sales worth 2.4 billion AED from 814 deals, mortgages amounting to about 740 million AED across 285 actions, and gifts registered at 397 million AED from 55 actions.
