Two strategic cooperation agreements between the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) lately were signed. One of the agreements focuses especially on scholarship students by improving administrative and academic support under the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Scholarship Program.
