Tawteen explains 6 ways to work in the private sector

The six categories of employment in the private sector—full-time, part-time, temporary, flexible, remote, and job-sharing—were described by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.
According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, there are six different kinds of work in the private sector. This highlights the significance of the employment contract, which is an agreement between an employer and employee that requires the employee to work for a set wage under the employer's supervision and guidance. These specifics align with the contract formats outlined in Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021's executive regulations on labor relations regulation and its revisions.
According to the ministry, the patterns include part-time employment, which permits a person to collaborate with several employers for a set number of hours or days, and full-time employment, which entails an individual working for a single employer during daily and weekly working hours. Additionally, there is the temporary mode of work, which is linked to certain duties or a time frame; and the flexible mode of work, which permits varying working days and times based on the operator's size, needs, and financial situation.
The two forms of job sharing and remote work, in which duties are carried out outside of the company's headquarters with partial or complete electronic contact between the employee and the workplace, were also mentioned by the ministry. The practice of job sharing, which divides duties among two or more workers, influences compensation according to the amount of work completed and adheres to part-time work regulations.
According to the ministry, while requesting the granting of a permit, businesses should be required to use the approved contract form. However, they should be allowed to offer perks to their employees as long as this does not violate the law's provisions or its executive regulations. In addition to informing employees of their rights and responsibilities as outlined in the contracts, the contract and job offer must be preserved in digital or print form for a minimum of two years following the conclusion of the employment relationship.
