The Ministry of Interior announced a new precautionary measure amid current conditions affecting the country and the region, emphasizing its continuous monitoring of security developments and commitment to strengthening preventive actions to ensure the safety of citizens and residents.

The ministry explained that the decision aims to raise preparedness levels and enable relevant authorities to respond efficiently to any emergencies, as part of an integrated plan to maintain security and stability during this period.

Citizens and residents were urged to remain at home and avoid going out except in cases of extreme necessity, starting from midnight on Tuesday April 7 until 6 am on Wednesday April 8.

The ministry stressed that this step is intended to protect the public and reduce potential risks while allowing security forces to perform their duties effectively under the current circumstances that require full cooperation from the community.

It also highlighted the importance of adhering to official instructions and cooperating with authorities, reaffirming that these measures are designed to preserve stability and security, while expressing hopes for continued safety and protection for Kuwait and its people.
