The Ministry of Interior has announced a substantial fine of up to 100,000 Riyals for anyone who transports individuals holding visitor visas, or attempts to transport them to the city of Mecca and the holy sites, starting from the first day of Dhul-Qi'dah until the end of the 14th day of Dhul-Hijjah.
Additionally, the ministry will request the appropriate court to confiscate any vehicle used in such transport, whether owned by the transporter or those colluding with them.
The Ministry of Interior urges everyone to adhere to the regulations and guidelines of Hajj, which aim to ensure the safety and security of pilgrims as they perform their rites. They also encourage the public to report any violations of these regulations through the hotline 911 in the regions of Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and through 999 in other areas of the Kingdom.
