The Emirates College for Educational Development warmly welcomed a distinguished group of new educational students who have been admitted to its academic programs for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
This took place during the comprehensive orientation program organized by the college at three different locations: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ajman.
The initiative aims to enhance the students' academic readiness and provide them with an extensive understanding of their chosen academic programs.
This year, the college embraced over 500 students from across the nation, marking a significant increase in educational student enrollment. This growth reflects the college's strategic efforts and expanded participation in various recruitment fairs to attract future educational talents from national competencies.
By equipping them with internationally accredited academic qualifications, it supports localizing education careers and prepares educators capable of meeting the evolving needs and requirements of the educational system.
The orientation program was attended by Suleiman Al Kaabi, Assistant Undersecretary for Professional Development Sector at the Ministry of Education.
Throughout this event, Emirates College for Educational Development committed to providing an interactive learning environment that enables students to explore its strategies and goals while familiarizing themselves with academic and technical services designed to support their journey toward academic excellence and professional distinction.
The activities included informative sessions as well as interactive engagements alongside guided tours of the college’s facilities such as the Continuing Education Center, Digital Manufacturing Lab 'Fab Lab', and Learning Support Center.
Dr. Mai Laith Al Taii, Director of Emirates College for Educational Development, emphasized the institution's dedication to its leading role in preparing and empowering national educational competencies in alignment with our wise leadership’s directives and visions such as "We The UAE 2031" and UAE Centennial 2071.
Al Taii pointed out that the college adopts cutting-edge global educational technologies and practices, including artificial intelligence as a strategic tool contributing to advancing education processes, enhancing learning experiences, and achieving high-quality educational outcomes.
The commitment extends towards preparing graduates capable of effectively and responsibly employing artificial intelligence tools within rapidly transforming digital education environments.
