The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has launched a redesigned version of its "Nol" payment application, featuring a modern interface and an array of new features aimed at enhancing user experience.

The latest update introduces greater efficiency and smoother navigation, with the overarching goal of increasing customer satisfaction-particularly among regular users of public transport services.

This rollout marks the first phase of the initiative, which seeks to accomplish several key objectives. Among them is aligning the application's look and functionality with RTA’s overall digital platform design, as well as meeting the requirements set forth by Dubai Government's 360 Services Policy. This policy focuses on digital integration across relevant government entities to streamline procedures, eliminate unnecessary steps, reduce transaction times, and ultimately increase both efficiency and flexibility.

The RTA emphasized that this development underscores its commitment to simplifying processes for residents and visitors alike. By continuously advancing its digital platforms like the Nol app, the Authority aims to contribute actively toward achieving Dubai’s broader goals for minimizing bureaucracy while delivering seamless services to all customers.
