The initiative involves revamping the existing roundabout along the service road of Sheikh Zayed Road leading to Al Thanya Street, constructing a new signal-controlled junction at the intersection of Street 10 and Al Thanya Street, and improving pedestrian safety through the addition of walkways and traffic signals.

This significant development, scheduled for completion by early September 2025, is part of Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority's broader strategy. It aims to bolster the city's road network, accommodate its growing population, and ensure seamless traffic flow across key districts.
