Dubai – In a significant step towards fostering talent and promoting sustainable practices, Dubai Taxi Corporation has proudly celebrated the graduation of its inaugural batch of employees from the professional diploma program in Sustainable Operations Management.
This program is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), in collaboration with the Center for Executive Development at the University of Dubai (CED).
This pioneering initiative serves as a platform for nurturing and advancing employee skills, marking an essential milestone in empowering staff while enhancing a culture of learning, innovation, and sustainability within the organization. The comprehensive curriculum comprises six educational modules delivered through both in-person and virtual sessions, supplemented by guided learning hours. Each participant developed an applied graduation project under the supervision of university faculty members.
The course covered a wide array of subjects including agile leadership, strategic planning, asset management, driver satisfaction enhancement, and fleet operations improvement.

He noted that it is crucial for managers overseeing transport fleets to possess comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of operations management.
