Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the launch of five new digital service packages, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing customer experience and delivering faster, more seamless services related to vehicle registration and driving licences.

According to a report published on the authority’s official website, the newly introduced packages include “Mulkiya+,” “Distinguished Plate Package,” “Yatik Khairha,” “License+,” and “Professional Permit Package.” RTA stated that these packages were carefully designed to simplify procedures, reduce processing time, and minimize effort by bundling related services into a single, user-friendly digital journey.

The authority explained that the “Mulkiya+” package enables customers to transfer vehicle ownership quickly and securely through RTA’s website or smart application. The package covers official ownership transfer from seller to buyer, online vehicle sale agreements, requests for ownership change certificates, and, where applicable, the ability for sellers to reclaim insurance deposits through a dedicated digital service.

Meanwhile, the “Distinguished Plate Package” is tailored for customers seeking premium vehicle plate numbers, offering a fully digital process that allows users to select and complete all related transactions online without visiting service centres. The “Yatik Khairha” package was introduced to streamline the registration of new vehicles, providing end-to-end digital registration, official documentation issuance, flexible payment options, and easy access to required vehicle stickers.

RTA also highlighted that the “License+” package simplifies the process of obtaining or renewing a driving licence through integrated digital steps, including appointment booking, application submission, and electronic payment. In addition, the “Professional Permit Package” was developed specifically for professional drivers, enabling them to issue or renew permits, track applications, and receive approvals entirely online.

The authority emphasized that the launch of these digital packages supports Dubai’s vision for smart, proactive government services and contributes to improving quality of life across the emirate.
