Parken has introduced nine distinct categories for public parking subscriptions in Dubai, catering to the diverse needs of users based on their specific requirements. These options encompass roadside and lot parking, lot-only parking, Dubai Silicon Oasis – Zone H, limited-range areas within Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Hills parking, and Wasl Properties parking. The company has also recently added three new types: private educational institution staff parking, student parking, and multi-storey building parking.

The roadside and lot parking subscription starts at AED 500 per month, allowing users to park up to three vehicles across different locations in Dubai. This is ideal for daily commutes or shopping trips.

Lot-only parking subscriptions begin at AED 250 per month in designated lots within zones B and D. This option suits daily travel or long workdays with overnight vehicle stays of up to 24 hours.

For Dubai Silicon Oasis – Zone H, subscriptions start from AED 1,400 every three months. It offers a cost-effective alternative without the hassle of renewal or needing ticket machines, making it convenient for shopping and visiting purposes. The limited-range area subscription in Dubai Silicon Oasis begins at AED 1,000 every three months (or AED 2,500 annually).

The general public parking in Dubai Hills (631G) offers a flexible option with subscriptions starting at AED 1,400 every three months. Monthly rates are set at AED 500 for avoiding daily congestion through flexible plans.

Wasl Properties' parking subscriptions start from AED 300 monthly or AED 800 quarterly.

Parken provides exclusive discounts for private educational institution staff with convenient economical options near campuses starting from AED 100 monthly. Students benefit from attractive deals via the student subscription allowing access to roadside and lot parks in zones A-D within a radius of 500m from campuses; this begins at AED 100 monthly. Parken encourages students to use an 80% discount on monthly subscriptions by leveraging student IDs.

The ninth category involves multi-storey building parkings where the subscription initiates at AED 735 each month. These facilities are advantageous when located close to residential areas or workplaces as well as favorite city attractions.

The available structures include Al Ghubaiba on Al Nahda Street near intersections of streets No.26 & No.11; Satwa Building close to Satwa Bus Station; Naif Building opposite Naif Police Station; Baniyas Building intersecting Baniyas Street and street No14 & Sabkha; Oud Metha Building near Oud Metha Bus Stop; Al Jafliya situated along Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street adjacent Bur Dubai Police HQs.
