The Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai has launched a fresh initiative aiming at improving the road conditions in 19 residential neighborhoods spread around the emirate, This project is meant to improve the whole driving experience for both locals and guests while allowing Dubai's rising population and urban expansion to be accommodated.
