The Dubai Land Department introduces cutting-edge digital solutions at GITEX 2025 to enhance service efficiency and transparency in Dubai’s real estate sector.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) is participating in "GITEX Global 2025," reinforcing its leadership role in the smart transformation of the real estate sector. The department aims to empower investment, regulate the real estate market, and protect investors' and stakeholders' rights by showcasing a new generation of digital solutions and global partnerships that enhance service efficiency, market transparency, and Dubai's position as a world-class hub for sustainable real estate investment.
Since embarking on its digital journey early on and integrating artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies, "Dubai Land" has established an advanced governmental approach that anticipates future needs while translating the wise leadership's vision into building a comprehensive smart government.
During this year's event participation, "Dubai Land" unveils a new wave of digital solutions aimed at enhancing governmental integration. These innovations promise unprecedented levels of transparency and ease of service within the real estate market. The department also announced strategic partnerships with leading global companies specializing in artificial intelligence and real estate technologies. Additionally, it has signed collaboration agreements with several governmental and private entities to boost innovation and sustainability in the sector. Inspired by directives from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai, who stated: "Technology grows rapidly, as does Dubai because we have always strived to keep pace with technological advancements worldwide," DLD confidently advances towards future goals. It aims to bolster investor confidence, attract new capital investments, and deliver an integrated digital real estate experience supporting Dubai's 2033 Real Estate Strategy and Economic Agenda D33.
DLD's participation in "GITEX Global 2025" reflects its ongoing influential presence as one of the most impactful government entities in previous editions of the exhibition. Several comprehensive projects have contributed to this advancement, including the globally recognized "Mollak" system for joint ownership governance; the "Instant Transactions" platform providing immediate data on real estate market activity; the "Dubai REST" application introducing a new concept for smart interactions with real estate services; the "Smart Valuation" service offering instant property assessments using AI; and the AI-powered "Real Estate Advertisement Governance System," which has enhanced market credibility.
