As part of its continued efforts to enhance the travel experience at Dubai International Airport, Dubai Airports has officially launched a new premium meet-and-greet service named “DXB Greet & Go”, tailored for arriving passengers at Terminal 3.
The newly introduced service is designed specifically for travelers who have pre-booked arrangements with licensed hotels, limousine services, or tour operators in Dubai. It provides an organized and upscale alternative to the traditional name-board pick-up method.
Upon arrival, guests can simply scan a dedicated QR code at the designated kiosk to access key details about their assigned driver and vehicle - including its location and license plate number.
A multilingual hospitality team is then on hand to guide guests from the designated meeting point to their awaiting transportation, ensuring a smoother, more comfortable welcome process.
Positioned within the arrivals hall, the new lounge serves as a centralized and well-managed meeting point, aligning with Dubai International Airport’s high standards of safety and operational efficiency. The initiative is also aimed at reducing congestion and streamlining guest movement.
Hotels and licensed tourism and limousine operators in Dubai can register driver and vehicle information on the DXB Greet & Go platform, which then sends a unique QR code to the guest prior to arrival. Once scanned, the hospitality team verifies the details and escorts the guest to their dedicated vehicle.
Essa Al Shamsi, Senior Vice President of Terminal Operations at Dubai Airports, commented:
“The launch of DXB Greet & Go is part of our commitment to delivering a more efficient and comfortable travel experience. This service enables our partners in hospitality and tourism to offer a more seamless arrival process, while enhancing our overall operational performance.”
